Mr. Miller is Of Counsel to the firm of Inglesino Taylor. He concentrates his practice in the areas of land use, local government and public entities law. Mr. Miller has represented planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment and utilities authorities and has appeared before land use boards to obtain approvals for private developer clients. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in all areas of local government law including, but not limited to, defense of residential and commercial tax appeals, farmland assessment, public contracts, tax sale foreclosures, employment, and Open Public Records Act matters. Mr. Miller has also defended public entities in Prerogative Writs litigation.

Education

Mr. Miller earned his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2000. He earned his undergraduate B.S. Accounting degree from Villanova University in 1983. Mr. Miller was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2003 and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys.
