Keith A. Loughlin is a Partner at Inglesino Taylor. He concentrates his practice in counseling clients in land use, zoning, and litigation. Mr. Loughlin represents property owners and developers in land use applications before planning and zoning boards throughout New Jersey and has extensive experience in all phases of development and redevelopment. He also represents clients in litigation involving affordable housing and real estate matters in courts throughout the State. Mr. Loughlin previously served as board attorney for many municipal land use boards.

As Chief Counsel to the New Jersey Assembly Minority Office, Mr. Loughlin managed the Assembly Minority legal staff and advised members and employees on all legal and ethical issues. He previously served as Chief of Staff to New Jersey Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick.

Mr. Loughlin served as a Town Councilman in Westfield, New Jersey from 2010-2017, where he was Chair of the Public Safety Committee. He currently serves as a member of the District XII Fee Arbitration Committee. Mr. Loughlin is a member of the Union County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Loughlin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Perfilio, J.S.C., Law Division, Special Civil Part, at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Union County. He is a graduate of the American Inns of Court, Richard J. Hughes Chapter. During law school, Mr. Loughlin worked at the Union County Prosecutor’s Office in the Appellate Section.
