Pam Kapsimalis is a partner with the law firm of Inglesino Taylor. She is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Law practice groups.

Experience

Ms. Kapsimalis concentrates in the practice areas of real estate, commercial lending, leasing, franchising, and general business matters.  She has extensive expertise in representing companies of all sizes including not-for-profit and for-profit entities, women-owned businesses, residential and commercial developers, commercial shopping centers, retailers, warehouses, and franchises on both sides of the transaction.

Ms. Kapsimalis has worked with individuals and business operations of all sizes.  As the former General Counsel of one of the largest cold storage and shipping companies in the U.S., Ms. Kapsimalis coordinated all aspects of legal operations, including corporate formation, licensing, governance, human resources, operations, logistics, complex employment and non-compete litigation, discrimination and equal pay issues and worked extensively on the development and leasing of over 35 warehouses nationwide.  In addition, Ms. Kapsimalis has worked with many high-end shopping centers and retailers in the development of luxury brands, including handling all aspects of real estate and operation. Some of Ms. Kapsimalis’ most rewarding work is working with non-profit entities, serving on their Boards and handling all aspects of governance, grant work and real estate development
