Denis F. Driscoll is an Equity Partner with Inglesino Taylor and Chair of the Litigation Department. As a quintessential trial lawyer with over 34 years’ experience and who is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Mr. Driscoll defends clients in all areas of civil liability which include professional liability, products liability, and general liability claims. Mr. Driscoll is an expert in Title 59 matters defending municipalities across the State of NJ.
As a former Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Driscoll prides himself as experienced in the defense of those charged with major criminal offenses which include white collar crime.
During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Driscoll was elevated to the position of Senior Trial Assistant, responsible for homicides and other major offenses in the Sex Crimes Unit. Before leaving the public sector, Mr. Driscoll lectured at the New York State Police Academy, instructing new recruits. Currently, he regularly lectures for New Jersey Continuing Legal Education in the area of criminal law.
Mr. Driscoll has served as the Municipal Prosecutor in the following municipalities: Township of Denville/Mtn. Lakes, Township of Montville, Borough of Netcong, Township of Rockaway, Borough of Morris Plains, Borough of Victory Gardens and Borough of Ridgefield.
Mr. Driscoll currently serves as the Public Defender in the Township of Randolph and Town of Dover.
