James G. D’Amore, Esq. is an Associate at Inglesino Taylor. Mr. D’Amore is a dedicated member of both the health law group and the land use and redevelopment group. As part of the health law group, Mr. D’Amore assists hospitals in navigating and complying with complex regulatory protocols, including Medicare and HIPAA, and has litigated guardianships in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and assisted with proceedings in Florida. As part of the land use and redevelopment group, Mr. D’Amore has participated in guiding all stages of the development process for various affordable housing projects as well as other residential and commercial ventures and has provided support in complex affordable housing litigation. As an Associate, Mr. D’Amore has developed proficiencies across various other practice areas, including public contracts & procurement, real property law, and trademark law.

Mr. D’Amore graduated from Rutgers Law School – Newark in 2021 where he earned both a Juris Doctor degree and a Certificate in Corporate & Business Law. While attending Rutgers Law School, Mr. D’Amore served as Associate Managing Editor for Rutgers Law Review (Vol. 24) and was a Counselor in the Rutgers Law School Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic.

Mr. D’Amore supplements his work in healthcare law by serving as an editor and contributor for the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section on various publications.
